The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join the team in Serra, our All Day Dining restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the atmosphere and experience of London’s newest luxury dining destination.

The Role

• Lead service on the floor and support the bar team during busy service periods
• Deliver engaging, knowledgeable and intuitive guest service
• Confidently guide guests through cocktails, spirits and beverage selections
• Maintain exceptional service standards and attention to detail
• Support and mentor junior members of the team
• Ensure smooth coordination between the bar and service teams

The Profile

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a luxury dining setting
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines, especvially Mediterranean and Middle East, as well as premium food and beverage service
•  A confident service leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable experiences
