主要な責務:F&B部門のディレクター、エグゼクティブシェフ、アウトレットマネージャーへのサポートを担当する。忙しい時期にはマルチタスクで支援する。
必須の業務と責任(主要な活動)
- 主要業務書類管理: 部門のファイリングシステムを維持し、内部文書を適切に配布する。
- イベント管理: バンケットおよびイベントマネージャーと連携し、クライアントアカウントの管理を行う。事務業務: 連絡文書の作成、供給品の発注、書類の配布・郵送、電話対応、部門カレンダーの管理を行う。
- 新入社員サポート: オンボーディングの支援と関連書類の迅速な送付を行う。
- レポート作成: ウィークリーレポートやP&Lレポートの作成を担当する。
- チームサポート: タスクの割り当て、チーム目標の設定、日常業務の監督を行う。ゲストサービスとチーム管理顧客満足: すべての従業員が卓越したゲストサービスを提供できるようサポートする。
- トレーニング: チームのニーズを把握し、コーチングを行う。
- 関係構築: ポジティブな対人関係を維持し、内部顧客へのサービスも重視する。
- その他のスキル優れた対人スキル、時間管理能力、組織力を持つ。
- 食品安全や衛生基準に関する知識がある。
- Microsoft Officeなどのソフトウェアに精通していること。

- Document Management: Maintains the department's filing system and ensures internal documents are properly distributed.
- Event Management: Collaborates with Banquet and Event Managers to manage client accounts.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepares correspondence, orders supplies, distributes and mails documents, handles phone inquiries, and manages the departmental calendar.
- New Employee Support: Assists with onboarding and ensures timely submission of related paperwork.
- Report Preparation: Responsible for creating weekly reports and P&L reports.
- Team Support: Assigns tasks, sets team goals, and supervises daily operations.
- Guest Service and Team Management Customer Satisfaction: Supports all employees in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Training: Identifies team needs and provides coaching.
- Relationship Building: Maintains positive interpersonal relationships and emphasizes service to internal customers. Other Skills Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Japanese is a requirement for this role.
