You will play a crucial role for generating creative and compelling copy across all aspects of different communications, including event campaign ideas, digital activation, menu, website copy, press release and social media.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of branding, marketing, and communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business results
• Manage integrated campaigns and marketing activities across digital and offline channels
• Develop and oversee marketing collateral, content creation, and multimedia production (photography & videography)
• Prepare press releases, articles and other marketing communications materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive brand engagement and business opportunities
• Monitor online presence and campaign performance; analyse market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards and coordinate with vendors/agencies for project execution
• Reach out and coordinate with 3rd parties for site visits, event and brand collaborations, social programming and social media activations, as well as seasonal events
• Spearhead seasonal retail arrangements including design and production, promotional assets, and sales channels
• Provide on-site support for campaigns and events, including occasional weekends/public holidays, and handle ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with exposure in hospitality or luxury service industry
• Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management, with solid computer proficiency
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, and a strong collaborative mindset
• Proficient knowledge in use of photoshop / image and video editing skills (including CapCut at the minimum); Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel for data analysis)
• Can meet and able to meet with tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin and ability to read/write Traditional and Simplified Chinese are preferred.
