OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE
We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact.
As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey. At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.
THE TEAM
As part of the global Commercial team, which focuses on driving revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives across all regions, this role contributes to the success of Rosewood Hotel Group’s Global Sales Organization (GSO). You will report directly to the Vice President, Global Sales, and lead a team of regional sales professionals including a Director, Executive, Manager, and Coordinator of Global Sales. You’ll collaborate closely with APAC hotel leadership, global Directors of Sales & Marketing (DOSMs), and cross-functional teams.
YOUR ROLE
This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic sales direction for the APAC region. You will lead efforts to maximize revenue and distribution initiatives, mentor and support regional sales leaders, and manage key strategic accounts. Your leadership will directly impact the success of new hotel openings, the development of innovative sales partnerships, and the positioning of Rosewood Hotel Group as the premier luxury brand in APAC.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Support the APAC Regional Team to achieve and exceed GSO objectives and revenue targets, with a focus on new openings and strategic sales distribution partnerships.
- Maintain active communication with APAC leadership and global hotel DOSMs to enhance hotel success and identify new opportunities.
- Promote a culture of cross-selling, new business development, and continuous learning across the global GSO team.
- Foster strong customer relationships through industry-leading sales events, programs, and practices in APAC.
- Actively manage and grow selected strategic accounts to generate revenue and support new hotel success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with business needs and strengthen relationships with APAC hotel Sales and Marketing teams.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You bring over 10 years of experience in global or luxury hotel sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships. You understand market trends and financial dynamics, and you know how to deliver business results.
- You’ve led and mentored high-performing sales teams for at least 8 years, providing clear direction and motivating others to grow. You’re a people leader who thrives on connection and collaboration.
- You’re confident presenting sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior executives, and you communicate with influence and integrity.
- You’ve successfully sold across multiple properties and international luxury hotels or resorts for at least 5 years, adapting your approach to different markets and cultures.
- You take initiative and ownership of your decisions, aligning strategies with organizational vision and translating plans into action.
- You embrace change and innovation, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and a drive for continuous improvement.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
