IMPACT OF THIS ROLE

The 'Senior Executive, Talent Development, Global' will play a key role in supporting and executing groupwide talent development initiatives to support learning, engagement and performance across the group. The role will support the successful implementation and ongoing management of the Learning Management System (LMS), support the global onboarding experience, contribute to the design and facilitation of groupwide learning programs, and deliver accurate and insightful talent analytics to inform and support our talent strategy.

In addition to supporting day-to-day learning operations, this role will build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, while promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support the design, development, and facilitation of training materials and programs (e.g., presentations decks, interactive guides and toolkits).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support talent development programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external training vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution. 
  • Maintain and update talent development content and resources on platforms such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Provide support to stakeholders across properties and corporate offices to drive Talent Development programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of learning and talent development programs/initiatives. 
  • Plan, create, and manage communications to support learning and engagement campaigns (e.g. Email announcements, internal newsletters, visually engaging assets, toolkits, etc.) and drive awareness, adoption across the group.
  • A “Brand Ambassador” that role models the company’s culture at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development administration. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – able to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially: 
  • PowerPoint – for training design and presentation development
  • Excel – for reporting, data analysis, and dashboards
  • Word – for documentation and communication
  • Comfortable using technology platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and basic video editing tools. 
  • Experience / willingness to explore HRIS systems (e.g., SAP) effectively – pull reports, understand workflows, and utilize system functionalities to support learning and talent-related processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage changes and multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset with proven ability to build rapport and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables. 
  • A self-starter who is organized, structured, and able to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Unquestioned integrity in handling / addressing sensitive Talent and Culture data.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
