THE TEAM

The Global Commercial team builds and drives a strong sales culture, maximizes revenue generation, and elevates brand presence across all markets and regions where Rosewood Hotel Group operates. This team is committed to excellence, innovation, and creating standout commercial results that support Rosewood’s vision to be the ultimate leader in luxury lifestyle hospitality. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and leads global commercial disciplines including sales, revenue management, digital performance marketing, partnerships, and regional commercial teams.

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Vice President, Commercial, Global, you will steer Rosewood’s global commercial strategy, encompassing sales, performance marketing, distribution, revenue management, partnerships, and ownership of the Ecommerce ecosystem. You will think digital-first, set ambitious goals, and lead global teams to achieve revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction targets across all channels. As a senior leader, you will champion commercial excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop talent to drive strong commercial performance worldwide.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Own the global Commercial P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and identifying cost and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement global commercial, sales, and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand differentiation.
  • Oversee the Ecommerce ecosystem, ensuring optimal digital guest experience and integrated performance marketing across channels.
  • Drive global sales, distribution, and revenue optimization strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and strengthen brand equity.
  • Build and lead high-performing commercial teams, fostering innovation, accountability, and professional growth.

  • You have 15+ years of proven commercial leadership in global hospitality or luxury organizations, with deep experience in digital commerce.
  • You bring a track record of delivering sales and revenue goals, optimizing demand, and driving commercial success.
  • You excel in digital strategy, distribution, and data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to shape competitive advantage.
  • You are a strategic thinker and influencer, able to communicate compelling visions and gain alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • You thrive on building teams and developing talent, creating a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • You demonstrate connection and adaptability, forging strong relationships and embracing innovation to drive transformative change.
