THE TEAM

The Finance team plays a vital role in safeguarding the financial integrity and operational excellence of Rosewood Abu Dhabi. Working closely with Finance, Sales, Events, Reservations, Front Office, Procurement, and external business partners, the team ensures effective financial controls, contract compliance, accurate invoicing, and timely collections. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance or designated Finance Manager, this role contributes to the smooth operation of the hotel's financial processes while supporting commercial objectives and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

YOUR ROLE

As Assistant Manager Finance, you will support the financial success of the hotel through effective contract administration, accounts receivable management, and financial compliance. You will oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring agreements align with company standards and legal requirements while minimizing risk and maximizing value. In addition, you will partner with operational departments to drive timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and exceptional service standards across the business.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, maintaining, and monitoring hotel and supplier agreements to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive contract database, tracking supplier details, costs, key milestones, renewals, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support contract negotiations, issue resolution, and relationship management.
• Support accounts receivable operations by preparing, reviewing, and monitoring proforma invoices, banquet invoices, and customer account settlements.
• Ensure accounts receivable documentation is complete, accurate, and supported by the required approvals and records prior to invoice submission.
• Perform credit card reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on pending payments, and support collection efforts to optimize cash flow.
• Uphold financial controls, safety requirements, and company policies while maintaining accurate records and meeting critical deadlines.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You bring solid experience within finance operations, particularly accounts receivable, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• You have strong contract management capabilities and can confidently review agreements, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• You possess strong financial acumen and understand key financial principles, controls, and reconciliation processes.
• You are an effective communicator who builds positive working relationships across departments and with external partners.
• You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
• You demonstrate professionalism and consistently represent Rosewood's standards of service, presentation, and integrity.
• You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
