The Content Creator – Rosewood AMAALA is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that brings the destination to life through compelling storytelling. Based on property, this role supports digital marketing, social media, PR, and brand initiatives by creating elevated photography, videography, reels, and graphic design assets aligned with Rosewood’s ultra-luxury standards and sense of place.

Working closely with the Communications and Digital Marketing teams, the role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and commercial storytelling across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality photo and video content across rooms, villas, wellness, dining, experiences, and destination settings.

• Edit and produce content for digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Design branded digital and print assets including social templates, collateral, and promotional materials.

• Support social media storytelling, campaigns, influencer content, and on-property activations.

• Maintain organized content libraries and ensure brand consistency across all visual output.

• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Events, and Operations teams to support content needs.

• Ensure all content complies with Rosewood brand standards and destination protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Photography/Film, or related field preferred.

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or graphic design; luxury or hospitality experience preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical excellence.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Ability to work flexible hours and conduct outdoor shoots across large-scale resort environments.

• High level of professionalism, cultural intelligence, and attention to detail.

Located along Saudi Arabia's west coast on the Shura Island, the new Rosewood hotel and residences will be part of The Red Sea destination. Poised to be one of Saudi Arabia's top cultural and lifestyle hubs, the development is comprised of a stunning marina offering a yacht club, commercial retail and dining options, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course. The development will boast 149 guest rooms and suites, alongside elevated dining offerings including three restaurants, two lounges, a signature Manor Club and a central hub featuring authentic eateries. Additional recreational spaces will include event pavilions and Asaya, Rosewood's integrative well-being concept consisting of seven treatment rooms, a gym, two movement studios and a yoga pavilion.
