THE TEAM

The Finance Department plays a key role in driving business performance and operational excellence across the resort. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee, the team ensures strong financial governance and supports strategic decision-making.

YOUR ROLE

As Director of Finance – Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, leading all financial operations and ensuring the achievement of business objectives across the resort.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Partner with leadership team to drive financial performance and strategy

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Oversee accounting operations, reporting, and compliance

Manage cash flow, audits, tax, and regulatory requirements

Drive cost control and operational efficiency across departments

Ensure strong financial governance and internal controls

Lead and develop the Finance team

COULD THIS BE YOU?

Degree in Finance or Accountancy; professional qualification preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in ADOF position

Strong expertise in financial management and compliance

Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
