The Fitness Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained fitness environment. This role strengthens guest engagement, promotes personal training services, ensures proper equipment usage, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency in a high-traffic fitness facility. The Fitness Attendant serves as the primary point of contact on the fitness floor, supporting guests with general guidance, equipment introductions, and service information.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner.

• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safe exercise practices.

• Ability to lift and move fitness equipment as needed.

• Previous experience in a fitness, hospitality, or customer-service environment.
