Rosewood Hotel Georgia, a Rosewood Hotel, is looking for an exceptional and multi-talented General Manager - Reflections: A Garden Terrace The General Manager, Reflections is accountable for the overall leadership, performance, and guest experience of the Reflections restaurant. This senior leadership role combines hands-on presence with strategic oversight and full ownership of operational, financial, and people performance. The General Manager is expected to lead with an ownership mindset, ensuring alignment with Rosewood brand standards while driving continuous improvement, profitability, and talent development. While the primary focus of the role is Reflections, the position may support additional outlets or special projects as business needs evolve.

 

Leadership & Culture:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing leadership and service team.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence aligned with Rosewood values.
  • Own talent development, succession planning, and internal promotion pathways.
  • Ensure effective onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Act as a visible and approachable leader within the outlet.


Guest Experience & Brand Standards:

  • Champion a refined, consistent guest experience aligned with Rosewood standards.
  • Own performance against guest satisfaction metrics including LQA, brand audits, internal guest feedback, and applicable external benchmarks.
  • Proactively analyze guest feedback and implement service enhancements.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Reflections, building strong relationships with guests and the local community.
  • Ensure service recovery procedures are followed and guest concerns are resolved effectively.

 

Financial & Business Performance:

  • Full P&L ownership for Reflections, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimization.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive profitability through labor optimization, menu performance, purchasing discipline, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting standards.

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure day-to-day operations consistently meet Rosewood service and quality standards.
  • Maintain strong visibility during service periods, supporting teams and engaging with guests.
  • Oversee scheduling and labor planning in line with business volumes and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor, and employment regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, and other hotel departments.
  • Ensure proper care, maintenance, and control of equipment and assets.


Systems & Commercial Acumen:

  • Utilize operational and financial systems to support decision-making and performance management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with, or a strong willingness to learn, systems such as Avero, OpenTable, Unifocus Labor Standards, and POS platforms.
  • Leverage data to drive efficiency, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury or lifestyle food and beverage operations.
  • Proven experience managing teams, financial performance, and elevated guest experiences.


Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


 
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
 
Licenses & Certifications: Serving It Right and Food Safe certification required
 
Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.


The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, location, and education.
