Role

We are currently looking for a Public Areas Supervisor to join our team of Housekeeping associates at Rosewood London. Our Public Area Supervisor is entrusted to leading a team of public area associates ensuring the hotel’s public areas looks and feels immaculate. This role plays an integral part in pursuing the Rosewood London aim providing memorable guest experiences. 

Key expectations of this role are

• Ensuring immaculate presentation of allocated areas to the standards set by the hotel.
• Effectively leading the team of public area associates to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
• Contributing to the collective commitment of a unique guest experience to create a sense of place. 
• Reporting all malfunctions in assigned areas to Engineering department and following up on the actions taken.

Profile

• Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
• Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
• Possessing a good understanding of how to lead small teams effectively.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
