The Chancery Rosewood is redefining modern luxury in Mayfair. We’re looking for Casual Bartenders and Waiters to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. Whether it’s a lively event, an elegant dinner, or a night at one of London’s most exciting new bars, you’ll help us create moments guests will never forget. You’ll be part of a passionate team that takes pride in great service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve drinks and food with confidence, care, and charm.

• Help set up, run, and clear down events, dinners, and bar service.

• Keep the bar and service areas organised, clean, and ready to impress.

• Work closely with your team to deliver smooth, enjoyable experiences for every guest.

• Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift.

• You’re friendly, reliable, and love being around people.

• You take pride in great presentation and warm service.

• You enjoy working as part of a fast-paced, fun, and supportive team.

• Experience in hospitality or bartending is great—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even better.

Officially named The Chancery Rosewood, the new hotel will realize Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ signature A Sense of Place® philosophy, which takes the local sensibilities of a destination to inform the property experience provided there, in myriad ways, including expert-led design and décor. Balancing the rich history of the iconic building with contemporary comforts prioritized by today’s luxury traveler, the hotel will showcase architecture restoration by British architect Sir David Chipperfield of David Chipperfield Architects and interiors by French architect Joseph Dirand.
