职位描述

Primary responsibilities:

  • Ensures the proper and timely distribution of guest room Mini bar restocking as per standards
  • Respects all guest preferences and habits
  • Maintains Mini bar cleanliness in outside and surrounding areas at all times according to our SOP's
  • Ensure that the mini bars and supporting equipment is in excellent working condition
  • Reports any defects to the office coordinator immediately, follow up for immediate solution and assist with replacement if needed
  • Accommodates the guest by ordering a refrigerator from the housekeeping department if additional chill space is needed for their personal food and beverage items
  • Ensures a fully stocked inventory of all mini bar items at appropriate par levels
  • Ensures all receiving / stored goods are fresh, in good condition and not outdated
  • Ensure all outdated and damaged goods are recorded and marked accordingly in conjunction with department procedures
  • Perform other duties as required
