Your Role:

Essential duties and responsibilities 

• Replenish guest room minibar items accurately according to established par levels, standards, and hotel policies
• Check minibar consumption daily and record all charges correctly in the system
• Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry dates
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of minibar pantries and storage areas
• Report any discrepancies, damages, missing items, or technical issues to the manager promptly
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Finance to ensure accurate posting and smooth operations
• Monitor minibar inventory levels and assist in stock control and requisitions
• Support the Housekeeping in overseeing daily minibar operations and ensuring operational efficiency
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented service while respecting guest privacy
• Adhere to all Rosewood Doha standards, guidelines, safety, and hygiene policies

Standard Responsibilities 

• Comply with all Rosewood Doha policies, procedures, and service standards
• Always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Deliver courteous, efficient, and customer-oriented service to all guests
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of work areas
• Protect guest privacy and handle all guest information confidentially
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security regulations
• Use hotel equipment, systems, and supplies responsibly and report any defects or malfunctions
• Communicate effectively with supervisors / managers and other departments to support smooth operations
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance job knowledge and performance
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management in line with operational needs

Housed in two striking towers inspired by the coral reefs in the seas surrounding Qatar, Rosewood Doha and Rosewood Residences Doha will consist of an ultra-luxury hotel with 185 exquisite guestrooms and sumptuous suites, 173 serviced apartments for longer-term stays and 300 residences available for purchase. Rosewood's signature Manor Club executive lounge concept will soar to new heights in Qatar and offer Club Room and Suite guests curated services with added convenience and privacy.
