THE TEAM
You will be part of the Global Digital team, dedicated to transforming our end-to-end digital customer experience. The Digital Product team plays a critical role in bringing our digital strategy to life, delivering best-in-class experiences across Brand.com and other owned platforms.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Digital Product, Global, and collaborate closely with colleagues across Brand, Commercial, IT, CRM, Operations, as well as external agency partners around the world.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Manager, Digital Product, Global, you will lead the delivery of high‑priority digital initiatives across Rosewood Hotel Group’s customer-facing web platforms. You will translate business and brand vision into clear, actionable requirements and oversee the successful execution of key web feature builds and platform initiatives.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital experiences are delivered with quality, consistency and impact, working cross-functionally and with external partners to bring ideas to life, support a major CMS migration, and enable teams across the organization to work confidently within new digital frameworks.
Please note that this opportunity is offered as a fixed‑term contract of up to twelve weeks.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead end-to-end delivery of web product features, from requirements definition through development, testing, and launch
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business, brand, and content needs into clear, detailed product requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital project delivery, managing timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks
- Manage and collaborate with external agency development teams to ensure high-quality, on-time releases
- Provide project management support for a content management system (CMS) migration powering Brand.com
- Support change management through stakeholder communications, training materials, and documentation to embed new digital ways of working
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have hands-on experience delivering complex digital or web products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- You’re confident turning business priorities into clear requirements that development teams can act on
- You understand how modern web platforms are built and can assess delivery effort, risks, and trade-offs
- You have worked with enterprise content management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across global teams and partners
- You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities
