We're looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Breakfast Manager to help lead our morning dining operations and ensure every guest starts their day with exceptional service and satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Breakfast Manager supports the daily operation of the breakfast shift, overseeing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient service. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in food and beverage leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the breakfast service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

• Supervise, train, and support breakfast team members, including servers, hosts.

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness in accordance with brand standards and health regulations.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.

• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

• Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks, including reporting and payroll approvals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant supervision, ideally in a hotel or breakfast setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling best practices.

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and a team-first attitude.
