Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated and service-driven In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. As the In-Room Dining Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the in-room dining service to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and service quality are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of in-room dining, including order taking, preparation, delivery, and clearance.

• Lead and support a team of in-room dining attendants and ensure consistent adherence to service standards.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate associates to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury or high-standard environment.

• Monitor guest preferences and feedback to enhance service delivery.

• Ensure proper presentation of trays, trolleys, and amenities according to brand standards.

• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Manage inventory, requisitions, and stock levels for the department.

• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Enforce safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Experience in a hotel or luxury service environment preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.

• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
