Collaboration: Partner closely with Culinary and F&B leadership to ensure seamless menu execution, item availability, and flawless communication across departments.
Guest Experience: Anticipate guest needs with intuitive service, safeguarding privacy while creating memorable touchpoints that align with Rosewood’s “Relationship Hospitality” philosophy.
Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, cost controls, ordering, and inventory to maintain efficient, commercially sound operations without compromising quality.
