OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition strategies for Rosewood Red Sea, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of exceptional talent aligned with Rosewood’s brand philosophy and ultra-luxury service standards.

This role plays a critical part in the pre-opening phase by building a diverse, high-performing workforce across all departments, supporting operational readiness, and embedding Rosewood’s A Sense of Place® and service culture from the very first interaction with candidates.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the hotel’s pre-opening timeline and operational ramp-up. 
  • Partner with EXCOM and department heads to create position-wise manpower and onboarding plans
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of all approved positions. 
  • Ensure alignment with Asset Management guidelines, salary benchmarks, and Saudization requirements. 
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, from entry-level associates to leadership roles. 
  • Drive global sourcing strategies across key markets including Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Africa
  • Build strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, hospitality schools, and talent pipelines. 
  • Manage job postings via platforms such as Avature, LinkedIn, Hosco, and other relevant channels.
  • Position Rosewood Red Sea as an employer of choice in the ultra-luxury hospitality segment. 
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-touch candidate journey reflecting Rosewood standards. 
  • Represent the brand in recruitment drives, career fairs, and international hiring campaigns. 
  • Embed Rosewood’s culture and values at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Ensure structured, competency-based interview processes across all departments. 
  • Guide hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection. 
  • Maintain quality and consistency in hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with brand values and role requirements. 
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with Talent & Culture, Housing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. 
  • Oversee onboarding logistics including visa processing, travel arrangements, and accommodation readiness
  • Support batch onboarding plans and ensure timely arrival of associates as per project timelines. 
  • Ensure all new joiners are effectively integrated into the Rosewood culture

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field. 
  • Minimum 6–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or large-scale pre-opening environments. 
  • Strong understanding of international recruitment markets and sourcing strategies. 
  • Experience in mass recruitment and pre-opening projects is highly preferred. 
  • Knowledge of KSA labor laws and Saudization requirements is an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in recruitment systems such as Avature or similar ATS platforms.).
  • Strong experience in pre-opening environments, commissioning, and large infrastructure management preferred.
