The Cluster Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees day-to-day accounts receivable operations across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA. This role ensures accurate and timely billing, disciplined follow-up on outstanding balances, and full compliance with Rosewood financial policies while supporting seamless guest and client experiences within an ultra-luxury environment.
The position plays an important role in pre-opening readiness, operational excellence, and revenue protection across both properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily AR activities including invoicing, postings, reconciliations, and collections.
Ensure accurate and timely billing for guests, corporate accounts, groups, and events.
Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Events, F&B, Spa, and Residences teams to resolve billing issues.
Ensure compliance with approved credit limits and payment terms.
Maintain accurate AR records, documentation, and audit trails.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR and collections reports.
Support pre-opening AR setup, system testing, and SOP implementation.
Assist with month-end, year-end closing, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within hospitality or service industries.
Luxury hotel or multi-outlet experience preferred.
Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Working knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, and accounting systems.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East preferred.
Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and professional communication skills.
