The Cluster Income Auditor is responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all hotel revenues across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA. This role ensures that revenues from Rooms, F&B, Spa, Events, Residences, and other outlets are correctly recorded, controlled, and reported in line with Rosewood policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
The position plays a critical role in revenue protection, transparent financial reporting, and pre-opening readiness within an ultra-luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and reconcile daily revenues from all operating departments.
Verify room revenue, taxes, and guest folios against PMS reports.
Audit F&B, Spa, Events, Retail, and outlet revenues against POS reports.
Review discounts, voids, allowances, and complimentary items for proper authorization.
Reconcile PMS, POS, and accounting system interfaces daily.
Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies with relevant departments.
Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Reports (DRR) in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate audit trails and supporting documentation.
Support pre-opening revenue setup, system testing, and SOP implementation.
Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with control standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Income Audit within hospitality.
Luxury hotel experience preferred; pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, and accounting systems.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East preferred.
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and integrity.
