THE TEAM

Rosewood’s Residential Team drives the commercial, financial and operational performance of the brand’s growing portfolio of branded residences. The team supports planning, launch and ongoing management of residential projects across global markets, ensuring profitability, owner confidence and alignment with Rosewood’s luxury standards. They collaborate closely with Corporate Finance, Development, Feasibility, Operations, property leadership, and external owners and developers.
 

YOUR ROLE

As Director, Standalone Residential Operations, Americas, you will lead the full operational lifecycle of Rosewood’s Standalone branded residences across the region—from pre-opening planning through stabilization and ongoing governance. You will report to the Senior Director, Residential Operations, Global and oversee General Managers, partner closely with ownership groups, and ensure exceptional residential experiences, operational excellence and financial discipline. You will serve as the key operational bridge between the Residential Team and the Americas Regional Operations

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE  

  • Serve as the single point of operational accountability for all Standalone residential properties in the Americas. 
  • Lead and support Standalone General Managers, providing guidance across operations, governance, and owner relations. 
  • Oversee full HOA governance and compliance, including board engagement, statutory requirements and owner communications. 
  • Drive all pre-opening planning and readiness, ensuring deliverables, milestones, staffing models and budgets are met. 
  • Oversight and approval of HOA and operating budgets, staffing plans, cost controls, and operational assumptions. 
  • Lead OSE planning, procurement and readiness, ensuring flawless operational launch and stabilization. 
  • Oversee amenity and F&B service models, shared spaces and resident programming for elevated member and resident experiences. 
  • Manage integration and oversight of third-party service providers to ensure compliance, cost efficiency and brand alignment.
  • Lead all onsite staffing — from recruitment and onboarding to training and performance matters — ensuring teams are compliant with Rosewood standards and supported through any escalations.

 

COULD THIS BE YOU? 

  • You bring extensive experience in luxury hospitality, branded residential or high-end property management, ideally with exposure to standalone or mixed-use assets.
  • You have a strong track record leading complex pre-openings, operational launches and ongoing residential operations, Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
  • You are confident navigating HOA governance, multi-jurisdictional compliance and board engagement.
  • You excel in budgeting, financial management, cost control and vendor oversight.
  • You effectively engage ownership groups and represent Rosewood with confidence and professionalism.
  • You are structured and disciplined, with excellent judgment, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, integrating operational disciplines to achieve alignment and excellence.
  • You lead with clarity, empathy and purpose, creating strong teams and upholding Rosewood’s service and cultural standards.
