About the Role

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests. You will ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with care and discretion

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Provide information about services, facilities, and local recommendations

• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations

• Uphold the highest standards of presentation and service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or guest services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
