We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy.

Key expectations:

Curate and create exclusive content for digital and print media (website, newsletters, social media, press)
Plan and coordinate high-end photo shoots, video productions and creative campaigns
Enhance and maintain our brand presence across all channels
Contribute to the design and delivery of exceptional events, partnerships and collaborations
Build and nurture strong relationships with media and influencers in the luxury segment
Prepare insightful reports, market analyses and management presentations
Collaborate closely with Rooms, F&B, Spa and Sales to stage seamless cross-divisional experiences
Monitor international trends, innovations and best practices in the luxury world

Profile:

Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or hospitality
Proven success in integrated campaigns and PR
Sophisticated writing/editing skills; impeccable taste and visual judgement
Expertise in social platforms, CMS, analytics tools; comfortable with data‑driven decision making
Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
