The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Including 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.
As Food & Beverage Administrator, you will provide crucial support to our Food & Beverage leadership team, ensuring that the department operates with precision, efficiency, and grace. From managing schedules and correspondence to assisting with financial reporting and event coordination, your work will underpin the success of the F&B division and help bring to life the exceptional dining experiences that define The Chancery Rosewood.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage and outlet managers.

Prepare departmental reports, meeting minutes, and operational documents with accuracy and discretion.

Coordinate team schedules, training records, and payroll submissions.

Support purchasing and inventory tracking for F&B supplies and uniforms.
-
Assist with event and banquet coordination, including communication with internal teams and external partners.

Uphold the confidentiality and professionalism expected within a luxury hospitality environment.
About You:

Previous administrative or coordinator experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems (experience with procurement or scheduling software is an advantage).

A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
