The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a creative, commercially astute F&B Marketing Executive to support the launch and positioning of our distinctive food and beverage concepts. This is an opportunity to shape the narrative of a landmark opening and curate extraordinary guest experiences through thoughtful storytelling, strategic campaigns, and elevated brand presence. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will play a key role in amplifying our culinary identity across digital platforms, partnerships, and guest touchpoints - ensuring every activation reflects Rosewood’s philosophy of relationship hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of F&B marketing strategies and launch campaigns
Create compelling content across digital, social, and on-property channels
Coordinate photoshoots, media visits, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations
Support menu launches, seasonal activations, and event marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led reporting
Ensure brand consistency across all F&B communications
Work closely with PR agencies and creative partners
About You
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle marketing
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
Confident working across social media platforms and digital campaigns
Commercially aware with an understanding of revenue-driving activity
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Passion for food, beverage, culture, and progressive ideas
You lead with creativity, thrive on excellence, and are motivated to leave your legacy within an iconic opening team.
