Position Overview

The Cluster Talent & Culture Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and implementing Talent & Culture strategies across Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA. This role supports the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture in driving the full associate lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, learning, and compliance — ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s philosophy of A Sense of Place® and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and well-being.

This position will be instrumental in supporting two ultra-luxury pre-openings, ensuring a seamless transition from project to operation, and embedding Rosewood’s brand DNA within all aspects of the associate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture to execute HR strategies across both properties, supporting pre-opening, ramp-up, and operational phases.
  • Lead day-to-day Talent & Culture operations including recruitment, associate relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs while meeting Saudization targets and diversity goals.
  • Manage recruitment channels including agencies, job portals, and international sourcing networks; coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics.
  • Drive the pre-opening onboarding and induction process, ensuring all associates are welcomed and integrated in alignment with the Rosewood “Journey Book” and “Make the Place” experience.
  • Oversee learning and development initiatives, ensuring delivery of brand, compliance, and leadership programs.
  • Support the rollout of performance reviews, talent mapping, and career development plans.
  • Lead engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication across the Cluster to nurture associate pride and belonging.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and corporate compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data, reports, and documentation to support audits and management insights.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent & Culture Coordinators and property HR teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of HR processes across both resorts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or pre-opening environments.
  • Experience in managing HR operations for multiple properties or complex organizations is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to travel between the two properties as required.
