The Front Office Associate ensures quality service to the guests throughout their entire stay. He/she is responsible in performing check-in/ check-out process, assigning rooms, handling reservations, and collaborating with hotel staff. A good candidate should highlight attention to details, communication abilities, basic computer skills and a courteous attitude.
The ideal candidate should have actual experience and thorough knowledge in front office operations. He/she should have a pleasing personality and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Front Office Associate should have a thorough knowledge in using OPERA System. He/she also oversees all cash register sales and should thoroughly understand and adhere to cashiering tasks like bill/invoice settlement, posting charges to the guest, Foreign currency exchange etc. He/she must be sales-minded and presents options as well as alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
