We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented The Court Supervisor to join our team in a refined luxury environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest service, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

As The Court Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the lobby lounge, ensuring smooth service, high presentation standards, and memorable guest experiences. You will lead by example on the floor, support the team during service, and help create an elegant and relaxed environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the lobby lounge
• Lead, support, and motivate the service team
• Ensure exceptional service and attention to detail at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Assist with team briefings, scheduling, and operational organization
• Continuously look for ways to elevate the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality or upscale dining
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on and proactive approach to service
• Excellent understanding of food, beverages, and guest experience standards
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
