The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As an In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will be the voice of our in-room dining experience — the connection between our guests and an exceptional, personalised service delivered with warmth, precision, and care. This is more than taking orders; it is about Relationship Hospitality: anticipating needs, building rapport, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities

Handle in-room dining orders with accuracy and care, ensuring all special requests, dietary requirements, and guest preferences are met without exception.
Communicate effectively and proactively with kitchen and service teams, coordinating seamless order execution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Provide confident, knowledgeable recommendations on menu offerings, thoughtfully upselling in a way that genuinely enhances the guest experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest preferences and requests, using these insights to personalise and elevate future interactions.
Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and follow up with guests to guarantee their satisfaction, addressing any concerns swiftly and effectively.
