Responsible for positioning the hotel as the benchmark for luxury in the destination, through the design, execution, and supervision of comprehensive sales, marketing, and public relations strategies that drive occupancy, brand recognition, and overall hotel revenue. This position ensures the operational excellence of the department, aligning its actions with the ultra-luxury standards of the Rosewood brand, market needs, and global hospitality trends.
