Mantener una visión crítica respecto a las habitaciones, tener conocimiento a fondo del funcionamiento de las instalaciones de la habitación del hotel y del equipo. 

Estar al pendiente del status de las llegadas y salidas para agilizar la operación.

Asegurarse de tener una imagen profesional, cálida, sincera y un correcto manejo de su lenguaje corporal, así como una higiene personal intachable.

Asistir a las capacitaciones departamentales y cumplir con la implementación de lo aprendido.

Presentarse a trabajar puntualmente con uniforme completo y limpio.

Asistir a GRM en organizar reportes de amenidades, recursos y requisiciones de equipo.

Manejar los cuestionamientos del huésped según sea el caso, por teléfono o presencialmente.

Coordinarse con los demás departamentos o centros de consumo para programar y agendar reservaciones.

Revisar itinerarios de huéspedes previo a su llegada y mantenerlo al día a lo largo de su estancia de acuerdo con sus cambios.

El itinerario se deberá presentar al huésped a la llegada y cada noche se hará un recordatorio de las actividades del siguiente día.

Usar durante todo el turno equipo de trabajo: 2 plumas y 1 libreta.

Capacidad para tomar órdenes y comunicarlas a suite Service.

Realizar check in, check out y guest services de acuerdo a los estándares LQA y Forbes vigentes.
