THE TEAM
As part of the Global Digital team, you will join a group dedicated to transforming the digital customer experience across all touchpoints. The team defines the digital vision and roadmap for Rosewood Hotel Group, driving innovation and elevating the guest journey. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President, CRM & Digital and collaborate closely with Brand, Commercial, IT, CRM, Operations, and agency partners to bring our digital ambitions to life.
YOUR ROLE
As Senior Manager, Digital Experience, Global, you will shape the future of Rosewood’s digital ecosystem. You will lead the design and delivery of world‑class digital experiences that reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and guest delight. By championing human‑centered design and partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will define and optimize the end-to-end digital customer journey, ensuring every interaction aligns with our purpose and drives engagement and performance.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead the creation and refinement of seamless digital customer journeys across web, mobile, WeChat, and emerging platforms.
- Support the development and execution of the digital experience vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Apply UX/UI and service design methodologies to translate insights into impactful digital solutions.
- Facilitate design thinking and co‑creation workshops with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage and evolve the enterprise digital design language system to ensure coherence and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design intent is delivered and optimized.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You bring 8+ years’ experience in digital experience design, CX, UX/UI, or service design—ideally with exposure to luxury or hospitality.
- You’ve led design projects end‑to‑end, from research and ideation through to execution.
- You’re proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, and other design and collaboration platforms.
- You excel at visualizing complex systems, mapping journeys, and articulating compelling design visions.
- You’re confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
- You’re driven by insights and data, with a strong understanding of digital analytics and performance measurement.
