The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

About the Role:
As Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Pastry Chef in delivering exceptional pastry creations across our restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. You will play a hands-on role in menu development, team supervision, and daily kitchen operations, ensuring that every pastry reflects Rosewood’s commitment to artistry and excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of pastry menus across outlets and events.

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth.

• Maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Managing stock, ordering, and food safety standards in line with HACCP.

• Bringing creativity and passion to seasonal and signature pastry offerings.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in pastry within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.

• Strong technical pastry skills with an eye for detail and innovation.

• A natural leader who inspires and supports others in a high-pressure kitchen environment.

• Organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
