Role

We are currently looking for a Concierge to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Concierges are entrusted with ensuring our guests stay is a unique and memorable by assisting in providing true insights into London locals’ culture. Within a 14-day period, you will work 7 shifts, each lasting 12 hours.

Key expectations of this role are

Building a nurturing relationship with our guests, partners, and colleagues to be able to create lasting memories for our guests.
Efficiently running the concierge desk to deliver an engaging, refined, and intuitive service.
Providing our guests with in-depth knowledge about the property and London.
Intuitively creating complex itineraries to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Supervising the team of Luggage Porters and Door Persons.

Profile

Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
Being very organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
Having a thorough understanding of the hotel, the surrounding area and London transportation system.
In depth knowledge of London’s current dining, entertainment, shopping and art scene.
