Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur(e) Majordome pour venir compléter notre équipe. Vous recherchez à relever un nouveau challenge dans une équipe dynamique pour une ouverture totale d'un hôtel saisonnier ?

À ce titre, vous assurez le rôle d’interlocuteur privilégié des clients, depuis leur arrivée jusqu’à leur départ de l’hôtel. Vous garantissez le bon déroulement du séjour et du bien-être des clients en répondant à toutes leurs demandes et attentes dans le respect des politiques, procédures et standards de Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Avoir une expérience similaire pour le même standing d'hôtel
Anglais : lu, écrit et parlé
Parler une autre langue serait un plus
Connaitre et maitrises l'ensemble des standards de qualité (LQA, Forbes)
