Key Responsibilities 
To support the corporate finance team in global financial reporting, financial management and compliance to ensure a controlled, check and balance, financial environment at all times across the group. 
  • Manage corporate finance strategy, including corporate structuring management, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Oversee the financials reports, including budgets, forecasts, cashflows and financial statements on a timely basis
  • Oversee cashflow management to optimize financial resources
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities 
  • Collaborate with other teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the financial activities comply with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, group policies, maintaining strong internal control environment
  • Identify and process the areas for financial system improvements and enhancement 
  • Models the Company’s culture, vision, mission, and core values at all times

Critical Skills & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent required.
  • Professional Accounting Qualification
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Finance with senior finance role experience. Audit experience is preferred.
  • Solid understanding and experience on GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
