Essential duties and responsibilities
- To manage and coordinate in all aspects of the Guest Relations tasks including Personal Assistant role for Special Attention Guests according to hotel standards
- Implement and maintain the highest level of service in line with the management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff
- Ascertain arrival/departure information for all Special Attention and VIP guests. Review transportation needs and communicate with VIP guests directly
- Constantly monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to departmental standards; rectify any deficiencies with respective personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in hotel guest relations experience with supervisory experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury environment
- Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantage
- Familiarity with local area and general concierge services; ability to enforce hotel's standards, policies and procedures with all staff
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
