Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closes, cash flow management, and consolidated reporting across Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy and Carlyle & Co. Hong Kong (both Harbour Club and Town Club).
• Ensure robust compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, and risk management, while partnering with club leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing, capex, and revenue optimisation.
• Supervise procurement governance, finance systems, and overall process improvements.
• Oversee team leadership, with a focus on fostering skills growth, cultivating high performance and promoting professional development in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Required Competencies

• Financial Expertise: Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, internal controls, tax compliance, and audit processes; advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP, POS, BI tools.
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyse business cases, provide revenue insights, support strategic projects, and drive operational efficiencies.
• People Leadership: Skill in coaching teams, performance management, succession planning, and motivating finance associates.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, change management, and relationship-building with executives, patrons, members, auditors, and vendors.
• Qualifications: Degree in Accounting/Finance (qualified accountant preferred); strong English (written/spoken), Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
