About the role:

We are looking for a talented Content Creator to bring our brand stories to life through captivating visual content. This role requires a creative individual who can conceptualise, shoot and edit photos for use across multiple platforms, including Instagram, EDMs, our private Member portal and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of photo production techniques, be proficient in planning and briefing shoots, and share our innate passion for storytelling.

What you need to have:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a photographer or content creator, with a focus on F&B and luxury hospitality
Proficiency in photo editing software and strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography projects
A passion for telling stories with a keen eye for detail
Solid organisational skills with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of social platforms and best practices for photo content is a plus

What you will do:

Conceptualise and produce high-quality image content for social, digital, campaign and print use
Collaborate closely with the Brand & Content team to develop creative shoot concepts that align with our overall brand expression, strategic objectives and visual style
Independently operate DSLR photography equipment and lighting to capture high-quality visual assets
Edit raw files into polished assets, with a sensitive and thoughtful post-production approach
Work alongside multiple teams to create a strong bank of visual assets, including but not limited to F&B, interiors, portraits (guests artists, chefs, performers etc as well as Associate head shots), events and general in-Club experiences
Act as the in-house custodian for our growing visual asset library, identifying best practice opportunities for tagging, filing and archiving content
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media, particularly Instagram
