Job duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing 1st level support to associates and guests on hotel systems and office applications
  • Undertake department administrative duties
  • Configure users PCs/apply software fixes & patches
  • Ensure that all critical data is backed up on an approved schedule and do regular data restore checks
