At Rosewood Kauri Cliffs we believe in fostering a culture of learning and development, providing you with the resources to thrive in your career. You may be looking for a working holiday adventure in New Zealand for 6 months or maybe developing your hospitality career with us.  

We have accommodation options available and can also accommodate couples or small groups if everyone has hospitality experience. Our seasonal teams are fun and made up of a diverse mix of people of all ages and nationalities. 

This position will start in September 2025 and continue through the summer season until April 2026. 


About the role: 
This is a seasonal position with flexibility around duration – Northland is a beautiful destination to spend your summer, and our spa is the perfect spot for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. In this role you will: 
  • Provide professional and 5-star quality guest service  
  • Carry out all spa treatments in line with our high standards 
  • Maintain a proficient knowledge of spa services and products, understanding all applications and benefits 
  • Booking appointments, assisting with inquiries and answering phone calls 
  • Keeping our luxurious Spa looking beautiful 

What you will bring: 
  • Ideally a diploma level qualification in beauty and / or massage therapy  
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming

Due our private and remote location, you will need to have your own reliable transport. You will also need a valid working holiday visa or New Zealand work rights to apply.
