We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our restaurant team. This role is ideal for a wine professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert recommendations, impeccable service, and a genuine passion for wine and gastronomy.

About the Role

As Sommelier, you will curate memorable dining experiences by guiding guests through our wine selection and recommending pairings that complement our culinary offerings. You will work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to maintain the highest standards of service while managing the wine program and supporting beverage development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert wine recommendations and food pairing suggestions to guests
• Deliver attentive and personalized wine service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the wine list, vintages, regions, and producers
• Manage the wine cellar, including inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the wine list in collaboration with restaurant management
• Train and educate the restaurant team on wines, beverages, and service standards
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of all wines
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sommelier in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and food pairing principles
• A recognized wine qualification (such as WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent) is preferred
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• A polished, professional, and service-oriented approach
• Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury dining environment
