As a Bartender at Eagle Bar, you will be part of a team redefining London’s bar scene. More than mixing drinks, you will craft experiences — blending creativity, precision, and flair to design cocktails that inspire and delight. You will bring deep knowledge of spirits, innovative techniques, and a passion for mixology that ensures every guest encounter is memorable. • Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and flavour profiles.

• Creativity, flair, and a drive to push boundaries within mixology.

• Engaging personality with strong communication skills.

• A team player who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.
