As a Flexible Waiter – Eagle Bar, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within one of the hotel's vibrant bar outlets. Key Responsibilities

•    Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout their visit.

•    Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and confidently recommend beverages and menu items.

•    Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.

•    Anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalised experience that reflects Rosewood's standards of hospitality.

•    Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, seating areas, and service stations.

•    Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.

About You

•    Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality environment.

•    Confident working in a busy service setting while maintaining attention to detail.

•    Passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a keen eye for detail.

•    Confident working independently while maintaining high standards and professionalism.

•    Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

•    A positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
