HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Organize and manage your designated section within the pastry kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Lead your section during service and ensure efficient workflows and timely preparation
• Prepare mise en place for pastries, desserts, baked goods, and sweet components ahead of service
• Create and present high-quality desserts and pastry items in line with Rosewood’s luxury standards
• Ensure consistency, precision, and adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines in all preparations
• Support the pastry team across different sections as required and follow instructions from the Pastry Chef
• Contribute to maintaining the highest hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Completed vocational training as a pastry chef or in a related culinary field
• At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end/lifestyle restaurants, preferably in pastry
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• High level of responsibility and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
