We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Communications team at Rosewood Villa Magna. Our Digital Marketing Executive is entrusted with managing and delivering the day-to-day marketing activity for the hotel in line with the agreed Marketing strategy.


As a Luxury Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and communicating the distinctive identity of Rosewood Villa Magna. This role blends cultural sensibility with a results-driven digital focus, supporting the hotel’s positioning as a contemporary icon of Madrid’s luxury hospitality scene.

With a deep understanding of luxury audiences and the digital landscape, you will work across multiple marketing areas to ensure the brand’s voice resonates authentically and effectively across all guest touchpoints — from our website, to email marketing, collaterals, support social media and third-party platforms.


Key Responsibilities


1. Brand & Content Management

Ensure all brand communications (B2C and B2B) reflect Rosewood’s luxury positioning, tone, and visual identity.

Support the creation of culturally relevant, elegant, and engaging content that connects with local and global audiences.

Assist in developing marketing narratives and promotional messaging for rooms, dining, wellness, and retail offerings.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance

Assist in managing the hotel’s website and e-shop, ensuring content accuracy, visual excellence, and alignment with global brand standards.

Coordinate digital campaigns across paid media (display, social, search), collaborating with external agencies to monitor performance and continuously optimize.

Oversee campaign analytics and assist in budget control to maximize media ROI.

3. Email Marketing & CRM

Design, build, and report on email campaigns for hotel, dining venues, and spa.

Implement precise segmentation strategies, track KPIs (open rate, CTR, revenue), and continuously refine content for mobile-first luxury travelers.

Support the management and maintenance of databases.

4. Social Media & Community Engagement

Occasionally support content creation, calendar planning, and community management for the hotel’s social media platforms.

Ensure storytelling is visually elevated, brand-consistent, and locally relevant to Madrid’s cultural and culinary scene.

5. On-Property & Third-Party Touchpoints

Maintain accurate listings across third-party platforms (GMB, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, etc.), ensuring luxury-driven content, imagery, and offers are always up to date.

Curate and update in-room TV content and digital displays, coordinating with Engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences.

6. Collateral Creation & Creative Coordination

Assist in producing promotional materials and collateral (menus, brochures, flyers) in line with Rosewood’s refined aesthetic and service culture.

Ensure all guest-facing materials reflect brand values and storytelling.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with F&B, Spa, Sales, Rooms, and other departments to align marketing efforts with operational priorities.

Support marketing activations, campaign reporting, data collection, and internal presentations as required.


Profile & Requirements


Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

Digital Acumen: Solid experience in digital marketing, website CMS, analytics, CRM platforms, and paid media coordination

Copywriting: Strong editorial sensibility with ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned copy across channels

Creative Eye: Understanding of visual branding and luxury aesthetics across digital and print formats

Luxury Mindset: Passion for hospitality, design, gastronomy, and cultural experiences that define luxury today

Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and maintain strong internal relationships

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to visual and editorial detail

Analytical Vision: Comfort with data analysis and performance tracking to guide decisions

Agility & Curiosity: Ability to adapt quickly, learn on the go, and stay updated on marketing trends and innovations.
