We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Director to lead our Spa operations and inspire a culture of excellence, personalized care, and exceptional guest experiences.

In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the Spa and Wellness operation, ensuring every guest journey reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will lead and develop a talented team, drive operational and financial performance, and collaborate closely with key departments to deliver memorable experiences while upholding Rosewood, Forbes Travel Guide, and LQA standards.

What you will bring

  1. Proven leadership experience as a Spa Director  within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
  2. Strong understanding of Spa operations, guest journey management, wellness programs, and service excellence.
  3. Experience managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and expense control.
  4. A track record of developing, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams.
  5. Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, AAA, and luxury hospitality standards.
  6. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. A passion for creating personalized and meaningful guest experiences.
  8. Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
