Position Overview

Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA, part of the ultra-luxury Red Sea Global destination, are seeking an exceptional Cluster Director of Sales  to join our pre-opening leadership team. This strategic role will oversee all sales, marketing, and revenue-driving initiatives across both iconic properties, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s brand philosophy of A Sense of Place® and positioning the resorts as premier ultra-luxury destinations globally.

The successful candidate will be assisting the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for leading the sales & marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, maximizing revenue, and establishing long-term partnerships while fostering a high-performance culture within a multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities

  • : Develop, execute, and continuously refine the cluster-wide sales & marketing strategy, aligning with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ global standards while tailoring to the unique positioning of Rosewood Red Sea and Rosewood AMAALA.
  • : Drive overall top-line performance by maximizing RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue contribution across all market segments, ensuring sustainable profitability and market leadership.
  • : Direct proactive and reactive sales efforts across leisure, corporate, MICE, luxury consortia, tour operators, and key accounts. Build account management frameworks to secure high-value business and strengthen long-term relationships with top producers.
  • : Oversee all marketing, digital, branding, and communication initiatives to position the properties at the forefront of global luxury hospitality. Create integrated campaigns, innovative storytelling, and partnerships that reinforce A Sense of Place®.
  • : Partner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies, channel distribution, inventory controls, and forecasting accuracy to drive profitability and maximize market share.
  • : Establish and nurture partnerships with luxury travel advisors, destination management companies, consortia, and Rosewood global sales offices, ensuring strong representation in key feeder markets worldwide.
  • : Spearhead pre-opening sales & marketing activities including launch campaigns, global roadshows, FAM trips, trade events, and collaborations with Red Sea Global and regional stakeholders to ensure a successful market entry.
  • : Champion the Rosewood brand through creative public relations, influencer collaborations, and digital engagement, enhancing visibility, reputation, and guest preference in both local and international markets.
  • : Monitor global travel trends, competitor activities, and luxury consumer behaviors to proactively adjust strategies and ensure the properties maintain a competitive edge.
  • : Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing multicultural team across sales, marketing, communications, and reservations. Implement succession planning and career development programs that cultivate future leaders.
  • : Collaborate closely with Red Sea Global, asset management, and Rosewood corporate teams to align on objectives, reporting, and long-term growth strategies.

  • Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Management or Equivalent
  • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive sales & marketing leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior director role.
  • Proven cluster or multi-property experience strongly preferred.
  • Pre-opening expertise within ultra-luxury or lifestyle brands is a significant advantage.
  • Strong global network in luxury travel, media, and hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, market share, and brand positioning.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, additional languages an asset.

Located along Saudi Arabia's west coast on the Shura Island, the new Rosewood hotel and residences will be part of The Red Sea destination. Poised to be one of Saudi Arabia's top cultural and lifestyle hubs, the development is comprised of a stunning marina offering a yacht club, commercial retail and dining options, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course. The development will boast 149 guest rooms and suites, alongside elevated dining offerings including three restaurants, two lounges, a signature Manor Club and a central hub featuring authentic eateries.
